  I used to enjoy going here, but I don't feel welcome in there anymore. I always feel the staff are I a rush to get you done and off, even when there is no line ups. Service has deteriorated steadily. I guess once they get enough business they forget about good customer service. The hours of operation stated 9 to 5pm. I called them, I checked in on line, and I even got to the door 5 mins before closing. They had already locked the doors and looked at me without so much as even opening the door and sort of fluffing me off that way. There were 5 attendants inside without any clients. I'm never coming back to this location. One customer lost!

  Always met with a nice welcome from the staff. Friendly atmosphere with great cuts. Good price for seniors.

  I have always received excellent cuts at this salon. Over the years I have paid $20-30 more for work of equal quality. My hands down favourite is Karima

  Service use to be good. I have been refused service and told that my 9" is deemed to be long hair. They define a blow dry and flat iron style as a "formal" style and now want to charge double the price $40 (not including wash and taxes). Coincidentally I am also a visible minority. No longer a salon that serves ALL people. I will take my business to a "professional full service salon" that appreciates customer loyalty and doesn't pull rates out of there arses or depending on your race.

  I’m am so upset I recently went to there a haircut there yesterday. And the results I got are absolutely just horrible! I’m so upset and I have cried for the last 24 hours about six times! The woman was supposed to cut off 1-2 inches but instead 5 inches were cut off! My hair wasn’t even or leveled and I straighten it and three were no layers and it looks completely awful! I’m very very upset and I can’t even get any sleep because I’m so mad and feel so upset and insucure about my hair!!
